LUEL LLC was founded in Natick, Massachusetts by David Weinhaus, on the idea that clothing should earn its place in a closet, not just fill it. We work in small runs, in durable natural fibers — merino wool, waxed canvas, vegetable-tanned leather — and we name pieces after the streets and rivers around our workshop, because that's genuinely where they come from.

No seasonal drops for the sake of it. No fabric we wouldn't want to repair ourselves in ten years. If a jacket comes back with a torn pocket, we fix the pocket.

2. Products and pricing

We describe our products, including materials and sizing, as accurately as we can, but small variations in color or texture are normal in naturally dyed and finished fabrics. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you'll be charged.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if an item is out of stock or a payment can't be verified. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment provider at the time of order.

4. Shipping and returns

Orders ship within the continental United States. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Repairs are covered under our standing repair promise for the life of the garment; contact jelinjelly@gmail.com to arrange one.

5. Intellectual property

The LUEL name, logo, product names and website content are the property of LUEL LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use
